Hips Don't Lie
I love this song. I love this video. I wish I could move like Shakira.
You know, when I was 4 or 5, I wanted to be a belly dancer when I grew up. Seriously. That was my dream. I should find out if there are any classes around here that I could take. I think that is going to be my goal for this year - to take belly dance classes. I could pretend that I would be doing it for health reasons, and just for the exercise of it, but truth is? It would be fun, and, IMO, it is sooooo sexy.

I think you should definitely do the belly dancing class if you can find one. It's definitely sexy!!
Belly dancing? Really? I could never, ever even pretend to try. I just couldn't do it. Good luck!!! I admire you for even thinking of trying.
Interestingly, I took belly dancing in my early 30's. I couldn't do it some problem with my hips not understanding the whole idea. It was fun, though frustrating. We had little cymbals in each hand. cling cling swoosh swoosh.
It is really good excercise.
A girl here wanted me to take flamingo dancing with her a few years back. I thought it would be so fun but was afraid my hips would fail me again.

I will say that I am a better dancer than Elaine. I think. I hope.
I took a couple of terms' worth of lessons and I totally loved it. They are so much fun.
