My brain is like a sieve. I have all these thoughts of posts I want to do, and I completely forget them by the time I get some computer time.
I got my haircut yesterday. I went with a bob. I like it, but I'm not sure about the bangs. I also had my eyebrows done, and she made the right one too thin.
I bought a new TV Friday night. Got it all hooked up Saturday, everything was great, and then Sunday morning, I had sound but no picture. I had to fax my receipt to customer service, and am waiting on someone to call me and tell me where to ship the TV. That sucks. I'm sorry, but if I spend that much money on something, it should fucking work, and I shouldn't have to ship it back anywhere. I should be able to take it to the store where I bought it and exchange it. I think I should be reimbursed for the price of shipping it.
I currently have over 20 books in my TBR pile. And yet, I keep buying more. I'm going to need another bookcase just to shelve these books.
I have to go back to work tomorrow. I don't want to. I need more vacation.
Sometimes I wish I could take a knife, and carve away my fat.

It's a list! You didn't number them but it's still a list. So I have to respond.
--I have forgotten more brilliant posts than I can, uh, even remember. I get my best ideas when I am far from the computer - or even a pencil.
--Any haircut you like is a Small Victory. I thought they used some kind of template for your brows so they always came out even?
--Where did you buy it? One of the Big Box stores? Absolutely you should be able to return it to the store. I say take it back and make a scene at the customer service counter. There may be state laws that apply here.
--Books are like crack - you always need more.
--So you're at work right now? *sad, frowny face*
--I wish it worked that way too.
Dammit Swami took my answer.
I have drafts of posts that are "brilliant."
I am loving my hair these days. Loving it. I just wish I didn't have to work because I have to tuck it when I work, and it doesn't have the same look when it's tucked.
I currently have about 7 books in my pile. I did shelve them on Sunday. Sadly, they are not mine, but borrowed from my boss. I am hoping to take a few to Vegas with me to read on the plane. Plus I have an almost 4-hour layover in San Fran. I can't imagine anything exciting I'd be doing during that time.
I really need to take a vacation. Really. Vegas will be sort of a mini-vacation, even though I will have to attend seminars. I think I'm going to take off that Monday so that I will be away from the office for an actual week. Maybe that will make it feel like a vacation.
*hug*
Swami, I don't know anything about a template for the eyebrows. If there is one, my stylist does not use it.
I got the TV at Wal-mart (because Best Buy and Circuit City pissed me off, and I didn't feel like going to Sears). RCA will be sending me a shipping label and a replacement TV, so I just have to wait a few days.
Books *are* like crack. That is sooo true.
Work was hell. I ended up working over two hours, and am still so far behind.
If getting rid of fat like that worked, I wouldn't be able to do it anyway. I would end up lopsided. I can't cut things evenly. That's why I don't cut my own hair.
*hugs* to Boo
Yay for a good haircut!
Sorry about the TV. That DOES suck. What a bummer. I agree with the others though, you should have a new one. I guess they are sending you a new one to keep, right? Not just while they repair the other one?
I haven't read a book in so long it's embarrassing. My pile is getting bigger, too. *sigh*
And honestly, I'd take less fat even if I *was* lopsided, lol!
*snort* I have the same book problem. I literally have about 20 books piled up at home. And then I go and buy something else. Bad us.
More companies are doing this with their electronics. It really pisses me off too. It's total bullshit.
You are a mean bully. *storms out of mean bully's blog*
I think we need to see pictures of this new haircut!
I'm not a bully, Bravie. You just can't handle my method of cheerleading.
Nutz, I would post a pic of the haircut, but that would involve posting a pic of me.
