It happens to all of us, dont beat yourself up too much over it. Maybe it's envy though instead of jealousy, I always get those two confused. {{ hug }} *smooch* just cause.
I used to be a very jealous person. Drove Mr. Nutz crazy! It was hard to change, but it is doable! If I can do it, you can do it!

Jealousy, envy, with a good dose of self-pity.
Jealousy goes with white wine, envy with red. Self-pity requires something really strong. Chocolate!
Swami is very wise. I think I will stop off on my way home this evening, and pick up a bottle of red wine and some chocolate, and totally indulge myself tonight.

I used to be jealous of people, but then I realised that it is very easy to not be jealous.
Say someone has a nice house and you have a crappy apartment. That used to bug me until I realised that they were a couple gallons of gasoline and a lit cigarette away from living on the streets.
